LinkedIn - iOS App Redesign and Dogfooding System

I worked on the LinkedIn iOS mobile app, the tablet mobile web app, and the \ Node.js backend.

Accomplishments

• Launched automatic version upgrade system for internal dogfooders. Checks app version against latest internal release build if employee on internal network and if behind, downloads and installs new version. This allows more internal testers finding bugs before release.
• Contributed to iOS UI redesign by implementing re-skin changes.
• Implemented disk-backed cache for fetching semi-static backend data for faster app loading times.
• Launched changes in Node.js backend and HTML5 tablet web app.
